Hang in there. We'll get in figured out.
First off, have you tried rebooting? That seems to fix most problems, especially if you were able to see the videos before or can see videos fine on other sites. The files are indeed there, and lots of folks are able to view them. Unless the video just came out and something went slightly awry with the update, it's almost certainly a problem on your computer alone. That's a good thing. Locating the problem is the first step. Don't fear, tho. We'll get it working.
Again, first try rebooting. If the videos still don't play after that, an alternative is downloading the Real player. I think the videos are clearer on it and folks seem to have less problems using it, too. That software is available via http://www.real.com/ (Click the link on the main page to download the Free Real Player. On that next page, there's a link near the bottom right that reads "Download Free Real Player." Click it, download the software, install, then run. You don't HAVE to register the software for it to work. Just exit out once it starts asking personal info.)
If neither Real Player nor Windows Media Player are working for you, there's still another option. You can download the files first and play them from your hard drive. I'd have to say that works for almost everyone, even if the embedded streaming stuff doesn't quite seem to behave correctly.
To download the videos, click the link in the bottom right corner of the video pop-up window that reads "Download These". On the page that comes up, right click the format/bandwidth you desire and select "Save Target As..."
Play it back from where you saved it on your hard drive and you should definitely have no problems.
